PAYMENT
Q: |
What are your
rates? |
A: |
(A) Initial Evaluation session $120
(B) Regular Counseling session $110
**Please note: Because I am a contracted provider on many insurance panels, you may only be required to pay a copay (please contact your insurance company and inquire about your mental health benefits). I will file the claims and wait for insurance reimbursement, therefore lowering your out-of-pocket expenses. Also, new clients can download and print the "Patient Information Sheet" from the "My First Visit" tab and bring it with you (along with your insurance card) for the first visit.

APPOINTMENTS
Q: |
What if I need to cancel an appointment? |
A: |
I respectfully request a 24-hour notice if canceling an appointment. Many times, I have last minute requests for an appointment and I can offer it to others in need. I do understand that there are unavoidable emergencies and I will take it into consideration. However, there will be a $50 charge for cancellations without a 24-hour notice and for "No Shows".
